Lost in the Unknown

Cmonchan drifted through a void of endless black.
The long, relentless wind finally died down, and they floated gently to the ground.
It was a place unknown.

"Woof woof!"
A dog charged toward them.
Cmonchan quacked in panic, flapped wildly, dashed away...

"Quack…"
Alone and overwhelmed, Cmonchan felt small, hopeless.
The deep blue sky slowly bled into hues of red and orange.

With nowhere to go, Cmonchan took a breath and stepped into the unknown.
